1.Regular attendance of student is compulsory.
2.The rules of discipline is to be maintained in the institute premises.
3.Please do not request fees concession.
4.Guardians can meet the teachers on the respective days after the respective child's class is over.Please do not insist the teacher to talk in between the class.
5.Bring this card at the times of paying the fees every month otherwise no fees would be accepted.
6.Keep this card safely or Rs.50.00 will be charged for a new one if this card is lost.
7.The fees to be paid within 10th of every month in advance otherwise Re 5/- will be charged as fine per day for next 10 days after which the child's name will be cut from the register.
8.Fees for the month of February and March to be paid together within 10th February every year.
9.Fees to be paid in envelope with full name and class of the child written on it.
10.This card has to be returned back one month before the child leaves the institution otherwise it will be assumed that the child will continue and fees will be charged (even in the month of their holidays.)
11.For new admission-Rs.20.00 for this card + Rs. 100.00 as caution money (to be adjusted with the last month fees)+fees for the month of joining.
12.Please do not request any teacher for any extra tuition.
13.In case of new admissions in the mid of the session,we would like to request the guardians not to request us to repeat the syllabus already covered by us or by the school.We would start the syllabus from where we have finished or from there, where the school is teaching.
14.This card is to be duly filled up to get the child's name registered .specimen of which is given below...(the original card would be provided by the institute at the time of admission.No photo copy or duplicate of this card will be accepted)
